The Turf Replacement Program offers rebates and guidance to homeowners who want to save water and reduce their utility bills by replacing their existing grass with vibrant, sustainable landscaping. Up to 70% of your household water use is used on outdoor watering. Make conservation a way of life and start saving water with your turf replacement.
All projects must include:
- 3 plants per 100 square feet of area transformed
- A stormwater retention feature
- No hardscape within the transformed area, except permeable hardscape
- Replacement or modification of overhead spray sprinklers
